Psychotherapy (Children, Adolescents, and Adults)
Synergy Psychological Services offer guidance and therapeutical services in order to assist clients in dealing with difficulties and in facilitating optimal adjustments, growth and maturity at any stage of life (children, adolescents and adults). Whilst approved methodologies are given priority, therapeutic techniques are adapted according to individual needs.

The emphasis of therapy is on helping couples to learn and apply new skills, focusing on the present and working toward the future.

Group and Family Counselling
Group/family therapy moves individuals in creative and life-giving directions. It provides a safe setting that demonstrates to individuals that they are not alone and that there is hope for creating a different life. The major therapeutic goal of group/family therapy is to actively and directly challenge the group's/family's patterns of interaction, forcing members to look at their own behaviour.
Parental Guidance
The focus of parental guidance is not solely on the child's problem behaviour, but educates parents to adapt their behaviour. Parental guidance is a practical and interactive process that helps parents to effectively manage problems, as well as optimising the development of their child. This can be presented in group or individual settings.
